A Need to Protect by Suzanne Dietze

ABOUT THE BOOK

Their peaceful life is about to be shaken up

Protecting them is her priority

Is there room for love?

A safe, quiet life—that’s what shepherdess Clementine Simon wants for her niece and nephew. There’s nothing safe or quiet about globe-trotting cameraman Liam Murphy. It’s only right that life pulled them in separate directions. But when he returns—temporarily—old feelings resurface. Can she take the biggest risk of all…falling in love?

MY REVIEW

This was such a sweet and beautiful story that I enjoyed very much!
All the characters were wonderful and the plot was very engaging.
The children quickly became my favorite characters.
I especially like how Dietze can bring her writings to life.
I love this author's stories immensely. I couldn't put this book down it was so good!
I finished it in one afternoon!
Dietze's stories come straight from the heart and that's what I love about her writing as it leaves me feeling full and satisfied after a good story.
This is a job well done and deserves more than 5 stars!
I apologize for taking so long but I wanted to think about what I wanted to write.  I hope I have done this story the justice it deserves.
I am highly recommending this story to you all because y'all will be immersed right from the beginning like I was.
Yes I am going to say the cover is beautiful!
My thanks for a copy of this book.  I was NOT required to write a positive review.

GUEST POST

Hi Lori! Thanks for having me on your blog.

You asked how I got started in writing, and the truth is, I've written poems and stories since I was very small. I had an imaginary friend named Sally, and she had a lot of adventures. I loved playing pretend, and I loved to read. I was always the kid who loved silent reading time in class. Little wonder, then, that I always wanted to write books! When I was in high school, I wrote silly Regency-set stories with my best friend and I as the protagonists, and since then, I knew I wanted to write romances. I guess I still love playing pretend, and my imaginary friends are my characters!

I started my first "serious" project before I had kids, set it aside when my first child was born, and after a few stops and starts, I resumed my current trajectory around 2007. I had a lot to learn about writing and the industry, but since my first contract came in 2014, I've completed 26 novels and novellas, both historical and contemporary-set.

I'm currently working on new proposals, and I thank God for every opportunity He's given me. He's the one who has made it all possible! I credit Him with inspiring me with story ideas, too, through various ways. For my upcoming release, A Need to Protect from Love Inspired (April 26, 2022), I was inspired by a bar of soap! Sheep milk's soap...you will have to read the book to know what I mean!

Thank you to you and your readers for giving me a few minutes of your time today! Happy reading!
