MY REVIEW
| This Amish book was a bit different from what I normally read but that's ok because I still enjoyed the characters and the plot. A page turner to be sure that will keep your interest until the book was finished. It will also keep you guessing as to who the culprit is. I think Celine and Sophie were magnificent throughout the story and they quickly became my favorites. Aiden was ok too. Actually, I'll take him too. In a way, I was sad that Levi didn't get much of a storyline. I love the Amish. Their simple ways of life fascinates me. I thought him an interesting character and I wish I could have gotten to know him more. Poor Levi!! I've read this author before and she's quite good with her storytelling. So when I seen this book I very much wanted to read it. I wasn't disappointed at all! This is the 8th installment by this author which means I'll have to play catch-up. I highly recommend this book! My thanks to Just Reads Tours for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review and all opinions are my own! |

Dana R. Lynn grew up in Illinois. She met her husband at a wedding and told her parents she had met her future husband. Nineteen months later, they were married. Today, they live in rural Pennsylvania with their three teenaged children and enough pets to open a petting zoo. She is a teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing by day and writes stories of romance and danger at night. She believes in the power of God to touch people through stories.
