You Belong With Me by Tari Faris

You Belong with Me (Restoring Heritage #1)

ABOUT THE BOOK

Small-town realtor Hannah Thornton has many talents--unfortunately, selling houses isn't one of them. When a developer sets his sights on the historic homes in Heritage, Hannah turns to her best friend Luke for help. Will Luke risk his future and confront his past to help her succeed?

MY REVIEW

I wish I could give this book 5 stars or more!!
Tari Faris certainly can tell a story! Believe it or not this is her first debut novel.
I even enjoyed the little bit of mystery that was involved!!
I'm like Luke in a lot of ways. I liked what Nate told him but did it really click in Lukes mind? You'll just have to read and find out!
Hannah, she just wants to help everyone like me. Sometimes it is not so easy. I've lost everything trying to help others who sometimes just didn't appreciate it. I wear my heart on my sleeve. Now I'm now quite as nosy as Hannah but I still manage to find out things just by hearing other ppl talk. There was a sweet message that stuck out to me and I love it because it's true. "God is in control and then she goes on to say, I don't mean God's in control like He's controlling things. Or that any of this is what He wants. Maybe it is, or maybe it isn't. But God is never out of control. He knew us even before we ever were born. He knew the plans He had for us even if we didn't.
After all He created us. And too God's Grace is sufficient. Just ask Him.
Such a gentle reminder isn't it? God's love for us never fails. I just hope that my readers see it that way.
I love rhe town of Heritage. And this town is in my favorite state of Michigan! Almost reminds me of my hometown of Winchester.
Yes the town of Heritage had it's ups and downs but what town doesn't?
I can't wait for y'all to read what the ladies of Heritage come up with! I laughed out loud at this!
Luke and Hannah certainly made me want to shake them and knock their heads together!!
Grrrrr!! Why cant they see what's in front of them?!! They always did say opposites attract and in this case it's true!! Wow y'all wake up!!
I'm glad I got to read this sweet little book. I had such pleasure doing it!
I really recommend this sweet novel. It Will have you Rofl! And some well, you'll just have to read it and see!
This book left me feeling full but wanting to read more from this author. I will be watching for more in the future.
My thanks to the publisher Revell with no compensations received. All opinions are my own.

I have been writing fiction for more than twelve years. It has been an exciting journey for this math-loving-dyslexic girl. I had read less than a handful of novels by the time I graduated from college and I thought I would end up in the field of science or math. But God had other plans and I wouldn't trade this journey for anything. As someone told me once, God's plans may not be easy, and they may not always make sense but they are never boring.

In addition to my writing, I also work for My Book Therapy as a special project project manager and blog coordinator for LearnHowToWriteAnNovel.com and you can find me blogging over there on occasion.

When I am not writing or working, I spend time with my amazing husband. We have been married for fifteen wonderful years and have three sweet children. In my free time, I love coffee, rock hounding with my husband and kids, and distracting myself from housework.
