MY REVIEW

I loved this book. A sweet, clean read at it's best!!
A second chance at love and best of horses!! How cool is that!! Horses are my favorite and I love to go trail riding whenever possible!!
Scott and Volta wow who could've imagined! What this couple had and God has given them is a gift not to be taken lightly!
I love Scott. His bedside manners almost reminds me of my Dr once upon a time!! Impeccable manners and a wonderful personality. Sometimes it all has to do with growing into oneself and learning some responsibility.
Volta is cool as well. I was really cheering her on! I almost wished she was my mom but I had a great mom myself who gave me anything I needed until I got old enough to get a job.
I really admired her quiet strength and support of her daughter. And her ability to forgive and to sort through whatever was going on.
Her family is amazing too!!
I felt like choking Aunt Stacy. Jealous butt. Jealousy will get no one anywhere but will get you into trouble if you aren't careful!
But, anyway I truly enjoyed this author's story and her writing is wonderful!! I love trying out new authors and this wasn't disappointing.
I will be looking for more from this author and I will re-read this book in the future. I will want to check on Scott and Volta to see if they're doing ok!!
I strongly recommend this book for people who want a sweet and clean read from Harliquin
My thanks to Prism book tours for this wonderful read.
No compensations were received and all opinions are my own

About the Author

Once upon a time ...

when Beth Carpenter was a little girl, she read everything she could get her hands on, and entertained herself on the school bus by making up stories in her head. Not a lot has changed. She's still consuming books like M&Ms, and spends her days creating happily-ever-afters for her imaginary friends.

She lives in Alaska and Arizona with her husband and an aggressively affectionate fifty-pound lap dog. She loves to hear from readers.
